An army of little bears

Hey~~~ How you've been doing?

First of all, I want to say thank you to all the people who is participating on the giveaway~ You've made me so happy!!!  Now, to the topic in question xD

Kids are finishing their scholar term, and next year my youngest son will start Primary school (;_; kids grow up so fast  >_< my oldest son will start 4th grade), so all the mothers will throw a party for the kids ^^ I said I'll take care of the souvenirs, so now I have to make 35 little critterz <3

Girls will be receiving bears, and boys, octopuses. I started to make some, and the deadline is on December 10th (the party is on 15th, but obviously I want to finish sooner because I'm responsible and all that xD). So, here's a sample of the little bears :3 they are super tiny (about 8 cm -3,1 inches), but the perfect size for a souvenir :3

What do you think? I'll sell this on Etsy too, but I'm on a countdown to finish the whole bunch in time, and to also have time to make stuff for this Holidays  >_<

My first sale on Etsy

Hello everyone~! How you've been doing?
I've been busy >_< but I have awesome news: I made my first sale on Etsy!!

You can't imagine how happy I am. When I received the mail for the transaction I was in bed with fever and with a crappy internet conection (in fact, I still am), but all feverish and sick (and did I say happy already? because I was) I started to crochet a little reindeer for a british customer <3

I made EVERYTHING: the box*, the gift tag and the thank you card xD everything was handmade by me. I sent him an amigurumi ice cream keychain because I made a promotion for the first 10 customers who buy an amigurumi doll ^^

So, after all the preparation (it took me a lot to finish everything xD I'm such a freak ~_~) I went to Correo Argentino (Argentina's oficial mailing office) and sent the little package via certificated mail. It was all so fast and easy! I hope it arrives safe and soon ^^

*The box was a pain in the a**ss xD but it ended up as I wanted :3 I'll post the pattern someday, I promise.

New items in my Etsy shop ♥

I haven't posted a new item on my etsy shop for weeks! It was about time to post some stuff X) Anyway, there have been some things I haven't posted here either, so I'l do it now :3

This cookie set is too cute~! I had lots of fun doing them (curiously, cookies are the most fun thing to do for me xD). I also made an Oreo and a chocolate chip cookie set. I took some sets to an anime convention last week, and surprisingly they

where a hit, I almost sold them all.

Well, my mother in law asked me to make some souvenirs for her sister's newborn grandson, so I thought it would be cute to make some baby blue pacifiers. I'm planning to make them in pink too, what do you think?

I love bunnies, I think you've already noted it, right? I was dying to make a bunny pencil case :3 This one took me a lot to make, but I like the result, the union with the lining looks pretty neat ^^ and it has a little carrot on the zipper, to make it more bunnier C:

And the last item posted on my shop, my chocolate chip cookie keychain ^^ I've seen a lot of cookies around, so maybe this one is not exactly original, but still, I think it's cute, and it smells like chocolate :3

I'm feeling kind of hungry after all this sweet stuff xDD

I'll do my best to post more things this week, I've been taking pictures, but some of them didn't turn out as I wanted to, so I'll keep trying ^^

My New Etsy Shop

Bueno, las personas que me conocen saben que vengo queriendo vender en Etsy hace un monton de tiempo. Luego de mucho dar vueltas y averiguar cosas, decepcionarme por requerimientos que no podía cumplir, y un montón de etcéteras, esta semana abrí finalmente una tienda ahí ^^

Todavía estoy en el proceso de listar ítems, pero en la semana voy a seguir haciendolo, a ver como me va.

No espero vender demasiado, pero por lo menos es un avance en esto que hago, y quizas a partir de ahi se abran mas puertas ^^

A las personas que viven en Argentina saben que pueden mandarme un mail para arreglar el precio xD hay mucha diferencia entre el precio en Etsy y el precio al que vendo mis cosas aca C:

Randomly cute

Esta semana me encargaron algunas cositas :3 asi que voy a estar trabajando en eso, aunque no se si voy a poder entregarlo el dia que prometi (lunes 21). Espero poder hacerlo ^^

Ademas de trabajar, estuve distrayendome (MUCHO) con cositas de DecoDen (termino que se utiliza para todo lo que tenga que ver con decoracion de celulares). Es increible la cantidad y calidad de cosas que se venden en internet. Me encantaria conseguir material para hacerlo aca, pero la verdad que la veo muy dificil. Dejo un link a una pagina en donde explican que materiales usar y como empezar con estas cositas :3 (la mayoria no se consigue aca)

Hablando de cosas que no se consiguen, estuve buscando goma (de las de borrar, tipo Staedler) en bloques para poder hacer sellos mas grandes, pero no consegui en ningun lado. Averiguando en amazon.com vi que hay no solo bloques, si no tambien las gubias para tallarlas (todo el mundo usa marca Speedball), super finitas para hacer sellos mas delicados y complejos. Un sueño ;_; voy a ver si las puedo comprar.

Ando con ganas de hacer un tutorial de las cookies :3 voy a ver si me pongo las pilas y lo preparo. Nunca en mi vida hice uno xD asi que bueno, paciencia.

El dia de la Otaku Matsuri lleve a este bebe, pero nadie lo compro u.u no es re bonito? Encima hace propaganda ;3;

Trabajando...

Esta semana empece bastantes cosas: un pulpo, dos osos y dos conejo. Y estamos a martes xD El pulpo todavia no me convence (aunque mi hijo Ian dice que esta re lindo :3) asi que bueno, en estos dias lo voy a coser a ver si termina de gustarme.

Y me faltan colores lindos. Necesito comprar lanas urgente ;_;

Tengo ganas de hacer muñequitos con colores pasteles :) con los pedacitos de lanas que me quedan.

Esta es Laurita :3 bah, le decimos Laurita pero en realidad es Satsuki. Lo que pasa que el verdadero Satsuki tiene cara de Laurita xD Lo puse porque hice otro conejito del mismo color, y AMO hacer conejitos!! Y extraño a Laurita ;_; ahora la tiene una amiga, pero en cuanto la vea se la voy a pedir para tenerla un tiempo en casa :3 (y que se peleen con Leda por la coronita xD)

Cositas nuevas

Hola~~~~

Ok, como prometi, subi las fotos de las cosas nuevas que hice a Flickr, pasen y chusmeen ^^

En este momento estoy subiendo las fotos a Facebook. Probablemente terminen de subirse mañana xDD ay, me desagrada tanto Facebook, pero al mismo tiempo me reencontre con algunas personas que hace mucho no veia. En fin, espero que me sirva para dar a conocer las cosas que hago ^^ (edito: las fotos se estan subiendo mucho mas rapido de lo que pensaba o.o)

Hoy mas que nada me estuve ocupando de organizar Facebook y de editar y subir las fotos, asi que no pude tejer casi nada u.u Tambien estuve viendo algunas ideas para los volantes, asi que en cuanto pueda me voy a encargar de eso tambien.

Hoy hice una lista del stock que tengo que armar para el stand. Creo que llego bastante bien, y me encantaria tener un poco de sobrante para llevar a I Wish, pero bueno, ya veremos como sale todo esto y cuanto tiempo me toma hacerlo ^^
